Edinburgh Hen Weekend - Clay Pigeon Shooting
Hen Clay pigeon shooting is a blast.
Clay Pigeon Shooting in Edinburgh
Clay Pigeon Shooting - A sport for people that would not shoot an animal but would like to learn the skills and enjoyment of a competitive sport. It was once considered a gentleman's sport but things are changing and now its is played by a mixture of sexes and age groups who want to experience the thrill of shooting in safety. Its not just bank robbers who can now fire a shotgun. Best to stay with the clays as you wont end up in prison although some would say marriage is very similar to prison (maybe its the handcuffs?).
All training is on hand so if you have never shot before it wont be long until you are hitting more than you are missing. This becomes even more competitive when the Hen party take on the Stag party for a days shooting and get them to put their money where their mouth is!
Where are the Clay Pigeon Shooting?
On the outskirts of Edinburgh (about 20 minutes from the centre of town). Easiest way to get there is by taxi.
