The bedrooms we use are generally twins but can also use triples families and single beds dependant on the size of the group; all with en-suite bathrooms and decorated to a high standard. Your breakfast is included unless specifically stated and obviously there is the benefit of the hotels late bar for all you brink drinkers.
Where are the 3 star hotel situated?
Most of the hotels we use are city centre based but because of the popularity of Edinburgh as a hen and stag location we have acquired new hotels in the suburbs but none more than 5 -10 mins drive in a taxi. Location depends on availability to please try and book your accommodation as soon as possible to guarantee a great location.

Most hotels in Edinburgh now especially regarding stag and hen demand a hen or stag damage bond which can be as much as £50 per person. This is returned once the rooms have been checked on departure. Most bonds are £25.
Please make sure that we know about any changes to numbers as soon as possible so we can change the numbers on the rooms otherwise you will be forced to pay the full costs.
