Edinburgh Hen Weekend - Go Karting

Who says this is just for the guys?

Hen Party Edinburgh Go Karting

Go Karting edinburghKarting is a fantastic Hen party activity where you will be racing at 40 MPH around a track that has designed for speed and competition. Every racing car driver started their racing career in karting before moving on larger and faster cars. If its good enough for the guys its good enough for the gals!

Who knows a new racing car driver might be born on the day? This will get the party all revved up for the excitement of the night time bash. The winner will burn the others ears about her judgment and skill that she showed to win (Get a few doubles down her neck to put the brakes on and quieten her).

The size of the party will determine which type of racing can be done but usually it will start with safety briefing followed by practice laps, timed heats, semi finals then a grand prix final. A trophy will be presented to the winner on the day ( Fill it with wine and pass it round the girls?).

Where are the Go Karting Courses?

Its on the outskirts of Edinburgh(about 30 minutes from the centre of town). Grab a few taxis to get there.

Why we Recommend Go Karting

  1. This is a great adrenaline filled experience thats sure to excite all the girls that are racing or being spectators.

  2. Please remember when back in the car that you are not still in a kart or you will end up with skid marks on the way home and your passengers might poo themselves on the corners.

Useful Tip

Best to take the first few laps steady to get the feel of the kart before you go round the track like a ferret with chilli on its backside. You will find this hair raising and be itching to get back on the track. Book well in advance as this is a very popular hen activity and slots fill quick. Top of Page
