River Bugs Edinburgh
This is one of the latest mad things to come from Down Under. The bug itself is a single person hardcore inflatable raft that you can move quite easily through the water.
The main buzz of the activities is that the white water rapids may not be the biggest that you will face over the weekend but because you are in a single bug the waves seem so much bigger and hit the bug harder; but because you can move it better you find the thrill all the bigger.
Where is River Bugs held?
We use a number of different sites for the River bugs but the activity does revolve around the swell of the river and what rivers they are using at the time.
The great think about the site is that there are tons of other activities in that area that will also wet your appetite over the day so once you have jumped out of the river bugs you might want to jump off a bridge or dive down a canyon. The choice is great part of the reason we use the particular sites.

The bugs are 7 kgs so very light. The equipment is provided including helmet and wet shoes.
The instructors give a full briefing before you hit the river and the courses are all planned to get the most out of each person that takes part.
