Why do it?
This is the very experience you have all been waiting for to really get the adrenaline rushing.
Climb inside the chamber and hold your breath.
The 12 ft sphere is fitted with 2 harnesses so that you can experience this thrill of a lifetime with a friend and watch their face as you tumble at great speed down a glorious steep Perthshire hillside!
Two rolls and you'll be addicted - described by one participant as "truly the exhilirating I have ever done with my clothes on", Sphering has to be experienced to be believed.
It is also a great spectator sport - what could be more enjoyable than watching the stag speed down a hill in a 12ft ball ! Remember the camera to capture their faces as their balls roll of down the hill.
Where can you try Sphereing?
Dunkeld in Perthshire about an hour and a half from Edinburgh (We can organise transport there and back).

When can I do it?
Sphering runs from March to October and makes an ideal add on to one of our other activities.
Sphering is a great family activity – no previous experience is required however this activity is not suitable for anyone who suffers from epilepsy or blackouts.
You can reach a speeds of 30 mph plus and thats fast when you don't know which way is up.
Usually lasts about a half day.
Best twined with another activity to make it a full day of action and laughs.

Useful Tip
You know you have had an exciting day and are hanging upside down when the shit is running out your collar.
Take a change of clothes if you are twining this with a water sport.
Warm clothes recommended in the winter months.
